n. in geology, rock fragments at the base of a cliff
A solar powered landscape light in the form of a rectangular bollard, sliced into 4 vertical segments along 2 offset intersecting perpendicular planes. Two of the vertical segments are solid stone or iron and 2 are translucent. A laddered tier of custom designed solar collection surfaces is oriented toward the sun and concealed behind the three-sided lenses. By incorporating ultra high-efficiency LED light engines, each unit consumes only 8 watts of power.
